Double-Sided Aluminum Foil Tape

S&A introduces our double-sided aluminum foil tape, an essential solution for cable shielding against electromagnetic interference. Our tape features two layers of soft aluminum foil and a polyester film, combining to form a structure known as AL/PET/AL. It is primarily used in cables that require protection against electromagnetic fields or static interference, such as communication cables, data cables, coaxial cables, network cables, and signal cables. The tape can be paired with adhesive and used for assembling shielding and grounding components.

• Our tape provides excellent shielding attenuation, typically achieving approximately 70dB shielding attenuation at frequencies ranging from 1MHz to 100MHz.
• The tape's AL/PET/AL structure ensures optimal shielding performance and durability.

Note: The tape is commonly available in blue and silver colors and can be customized to red, green, gold, and other colors as per customer requirements. It can also feature printed patterns and embossed textures. The tape is cut into various widths and packaged in rolls with a minimum width of 5mm, inner core sizes of 52mm or 76mm, and a maximum outer diameter of 800mm. Packaging is done in cartons.
