S&A presents fire resistant mica tape, a crucial component for fire-resistant cables. Our tape is manufactured using premium mica paper or synthetic mica paper as the base material, reinforced with glass fiber cloth or non-carbon polymer film (such as PE) on one or both sides. It is bonded with organic silicone resin, subjected to high-temperature baking and drying, and then cut into tape form.
The fire resistant mica tape is primarily used to provide fire insulation between cable cores and jackets in fire-resistant cables.
