Our extruders feature double-rod chain-driven fixtures, providing reliable and precise movement. Other fixed components have automatic centering functionality for improved stability.
The main control panel features an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and traditional buttons, offering simple and intuitive operation for your production team.
Our cable extrusion machinery offers flexible take-up options to meet your specific requirements. You can choose from bundling, single-take-up, dual-reel take-up, or semi-automatic dual-reel take-up based on your preferences.
The HMI and PLC control system allows convenient modification, storage, and adjustment of wire diameter, detection, line speed, spark detection, and other process parameters via the touchscreen interface.
The electrical circuit control is implemented using Mitsubishi programmable logic controllers (PLCs), ensuring precise and reliable operation.
Our cable extrusion machinery utilizes temperature controllers from the Japanese RKC series and solid-state relays (SSRs) for accurate and stable temperature control.
We incorporate material hopper dryers and automatic suction devices from reputable Taiwanese brands to ensure efficient material handling.
