Accommodates reel sizes ranging from 2000mm to 4200mm, meeting the production requirements for various cable diameters and lengths.
Features a programmable controller and touch screen for real-time operation monitoring. The touch screen allows for setting, modifying, and displaying lay lengths, as well as setting left or right lay direction, and making fine adjustments.
The rotating pay-off stand can switch between multiple functions, including independent stopping, full machine synchronization, and individual speed control via a phase detector, catering to different cable production processes and ensuring high-precision stranding for shaped cables.
Each unit is driven by an independent motor, making installation, operation, and maintenance simple and convenient. Motor feedback through encoders ensures high-precision control.
Includes a centralized steel wire pay-off stand positioned on both sides of the main unit, reducing the overall production line length and minimizing factory investment costs.
The take-up and pay-off stands can handle different reel widths within a specified range without the need for modifications.
All lifting mechanisms use a hydraulic lift platform, providing ease of use and efficient operation.
