Wire Armouring Machine
S&A presents our wire armouring machine, a versatile solution for stranding single copper wires, steel wires, and large cross-section copper conductors. This wire armouring machine can strand up to 96 wires in one direction on the cable core, making it suitable for armoured cable, sheathed cable, and more. All parameters can be easily adjusted through the touch screen interface.
- Robust Spindle Design: The main spindle is made from seamless steel pipe, supported by double-row spherical roller bearings at the front and back, ensuring durability and stability.
- Planetary Gear System: The machine employs a planetary gear system with quenched and tempered helical gears, enhancing wear resistance and ensuring smooth and continuous motion.
- Wire Reel Handling: The wire reel stand features a top-pressure mechanism for easy loading and unloading of wire reels.

This wire armouring production line is controlled by PLC and touch screen, driven by ac motor and drive unit adopts driver. All technical parameters can be set on the touch screen, and production process parameters can be set and stored. Displaying production working parameters, machine working state and machine fault point, each section cage can be set separately related parameters, and can be set according to the actual situation to modify the parameters. The whole machine is controlled by Siemens PLC and touch mode screen. Different working states are set in the program, which can keep the wire pitch the same in different operating conditions.
